Skill Change History - Guild Wars Forums

Is there a website/thread that has kept a record of original skill descriptions and how skills have been changed over time so one can look back and see what the original skill descriptions were and how they are different to what they are currently? Like a history for each skill.

You can look at the changes to the respective Wiki pages in the history.
